Rachel,

How do these compare with kelp noodles? I have ordered the konjac noodles, but it's been a few years, and kelp noodles are available at my local food co-op. Now I can't remember what the konjac noodles were like.

Hi Rebecca,

There are fewer noodles in a package. They are softer, easier to chew, more like a pasta texture if you dry fry them. The kelp noodles I've been able to make tender by soaking in water with a little lemon juice. No Oodles & Miracle Noodles do not require soaking. I really like them!
