I really, really dig this book, Eat Naked: Unprocessed, Unpolluted, and Undressed Eating For A Healthier, Sexier You by Margaret Floyd. I love the concept, the easy to read, upbeat, fun, and practical content, the size of the book, and the way the author not only simplifies the process of shopping for and preparing meals with naked (unprocessed) ingredients. This is fun reading and a fun book and topic to share with others. As one of my blog readers said, "It's fun to say, I eat naked!"
Learning about or educating others about the benefits of fresh, local, seasonal, produce-dominated, low-sugar, largely organic foods and meals is so easy with this book. It would make a great gift for people you know who are curious about and open to healthy eating who just need a little more information, education, and inspiration to get started. You (and they) can have fun, look great (naked or not), feel great, and get healthier by Eating Naked (foods)!

The title of the book is great and reveals how we should eat. Our bodies do not need all those chemical substances listed as ingredients on food labels. If you can't pronounce them and haven't a clue as to what they are or do, don't consume them. Nature provided our food in neat packages and intended us to "Eat Naked."

This book would give me the information I'm looking for to make better decisions for not only myself and my family. There is alot of misleading information out there especially where the government is concerned.

Chef Rachel,
I need help! We have every reason to be more healthy in this house- genetic heart issuse for my husband, skin problems for my boys, etc. I try hard to be more clean; eat veggies from the farmer's market, eat more fish, but it is so hard! Sometimes it is easier to use the processed stuff. Between this and your cookbook (which I love!) maybe I can finally go 'healthy' all the way??

I am teaching my children how to cook for themselves when I am not home, so I want them to learn from the start how to prepare fresh, whole, delicious meals.
